Information from Stoke-on-Trent City Council:
With effect from Monday 17 April 2023, Change, Grow, Live (CGL) will not be taking any more new referrals. Any referrals after this date will need to be directed to ASIST, who were successful in securing the new All Age Advocacy contract from 29 April 2023.
If you have an urgent case after the 17 April, please still refer to CGL who will commence the relevant actions and then transfer to ASIST on 28 April.
All children that are currently with CGL will transfer over to ASIST. We will be making contact with all recorded Social Workers to ensure they can support their individuals during this transition.
Where possible, the individuals will remain with the same advocate and IV through the TUPE and transfer process.
