A two hour workshop on language and communication, environment and senses and the health, wellbeing, and quality of life of autistic people.
This two hour workshop is for parent/carers of autistic children or adults based in the Midlands. This workshop focuses on understanding and ways of supporting autistic people with a learning disability.
Our Supporting Autistic People with a Learning Disability workshop will cover:
- The language used to talk about learning disabilities
- The importance of communication
- Health and Wellbeing
- Quality of Life
Join this workshop to meet other local parents and develop your understanding around autism. This workshop will be held on Zoom. If you prefer to not be visible or audible on screen that is fine by us.
This workshop is delivered by people with lived experience of autism.
