Kids’ wellbeing virtual activity groups are for young people aged 13 to 25. They’re fun, free and full of activities to help make you feel good!

Different groups have different activities. But in each group you’ll get to learn about wellbeing, try something new, and meet new people. 

These activites and events include:

  • Hour to set up and run your own youth group workshops.
  • Yoga classes.
